Scott Nolan

Scott is a Scot with a well-deserved reputation for excellence in salmon processing. He has a long international experience from the ground-up working in all facets of processing including plant design, value adding, product development and sales and marketing.

He was influential in the evolution of the Blar Mhor processing facility at Marine Harvest Scotland and has made an enormous contribution to Huon Aquaculture Group as well as the whole Australian salmon industry.

His particular speciality is identifying market opportunities and cost savings, and he is not afraid to make the hard decisions required in this sector of the industry.
