Ross Blake

BSc. MSc.

Ross has a background in hydrogeology, sedimentology and marine geology, graduating with a BSc from the School of Geological Sciences, Kingston University, followed by a Masters Degree from the Institute of Aquaculture, University of Stirling.

He has a penchant for fish behaviour and feeding systems and has spent countless hours working with Aquasmart and Storvik adaptive and centralised feeding systems for both marine and land based facilities. This has given him a solid foundation in fish nutrition and biometrics development, as well as complete farm and inventory control.

A diligent and tireless leader with substantial experience in management of aquaculture projects including RAS systems in remote and challenging environments throughout Libya, Tunisia, Malta, Pakistan, Morocco, France, and the UK. Ross has over 20 years of experience in mineral resources and aquaculture ventures. He has key experience in algae, octopus, tuna, tilapia, (cyprinids), (eels), trout and salmonids, seabass, seabream, cod, turbot and halibut.

Ross is very well connected with investment groups and government leaders worldwide and leads by example, striving for transparency and effective communication across all operational levels to optimise business performance outputs.

Described by some as a 'visionary' raconteur, he has the ability to transcend all cultural and social boundaries and is truly an international aquawarrior.
